About The Position
As a Warehouse Inventory Clerk at CROM, LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and inventory management processes. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a structured, solutions-oriented, and professional environment. You will be responsible for supervising daily operations, managing warehouse inventory, preparing materials for jobs, and ensuring the timely delivery and pick-up of materials and equipment. Your role will involve a variety of tasks, including receiving inventory, unloading trucks, verifying invoice accuracy, and maintaining proper stock levels. You will also be expected to conduct monthly inventory counts and order materials needed for various projects, coordinating their delivery to job sites. In addition to inventory management, you will be tasked with maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This includes performing routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and removing trash, as well as ensuring compliance with all safety procedures and the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Effective communication with vendors, purchasing agents, and shop personnel is essential, as is the ability to drive large vehicles while towing trailers. You will also need to keep an accurate travel log and manage tools and equipment, including identifying repair needs and coordinating with third-party repair shops. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work independently and as part of a team. You will be expected to work at both the Gainesville and West Palm warehouse locations, performing the same duties at each site.
