About The Position

Warehouse Inventory & Returns Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels, processing product returns, and supporting efficient warehouse operations. This role ensures products are properly received, stocked, counted, inspected, and returned according to company standards. The associate plays a key role in inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience.
  • Basic computer skills (inventory software, email, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs., stand and move for extended periods.
  • Ability to operate material-handling equipment or willingness to be trained.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensures counts and documentation are precise.
  • Problem Solving: Investigates discrepancies and identifies root causes.
  • Communication: Clear documentation and coordination with internal teams.
  • Initiative: Acts proactively to maintain inventory accuracy and workflow efficiency.
  • Organization: Keeps inventory areas tidy, labeled, and easy to navigate.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cycle counts, stock audits, and full physical inventory counts as assigned.
  • Reconcile inventory discrepancies and investigate root causes.
  • Assist with maintaining organized and clearly labeled storage locations.
  • Assist with replenishment of pick locations and ensure stock rotation (FIFO).
  • Receive and inspect returned merchandise for completeness, condition, and reason for return.
  • Document findings determine disposition (restock, repair, scrap, return-to-vendor), and route accordingly.
  • Prepare return authorization requests (RMA) and coordinate with vendors/suppliers as needed.
  • Accurately update systems with return notes, serial numbers, and condition reports.
  • Work with customer service or sales to resolve return discrepancies or missing information.
  • Maintain Accurate digital and physical documentation of returns, adjustments, and inventory movements.
  • Process product number changes.
  • Assist with reporting for returns, damaged goods, and accuracy.
  • Imprinting assistance and filing
  • Adjust bin locations/min/max as needed.
  • Transfer inventory.
  • Purchase specialty items.
  • Assist with Wholesale purchases.
  • ALL OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
