About The Position

The internship program at BJ's Wholesale Club offers a unique opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in analytics, operations, and logistics. This 11-week program is designed to provide exposure to meaningful skills building, executive-level interactions, and the potential for permanent placement within the company. Interns will engage in various activities including data analysis, work observations, and time studies, all while working in a collaborative and inclusive environment.

Requirements

• Recent junior, senior, or graduate student majoring in Analytics, Operations/Logistics, or Industrial Engineering.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally.

Nice To Haves

• CAD acumen is a plus.
• Hardworking, curious, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Conduct data analysis to support operational decisions.
• Perform work observations to gather insights on processes.
• Execute time studies to improve efficiency.
