Our Manufacturing teams specialize in assembling, testing, tracking, and repairing ScriptPro’s robotic equipment and products. This is a very hands-on position that works closely with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to deliver exceptional products. Job Summary: The Warehouse Inbound Representative actively receives parts into stock. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods, maintaining inventory records, and supporting overall warehouse operations. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving discrepancies, wrapping and labeling parts, stocking them appropriately, and maintaining the organization and appearance of the warehouse. Additional duties include assisting with truck unloading, cross-training in related jobs, and pulling parts for production and repair kits. The representative must respond positively to customer needs and perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Maintains high standards in all areas
  • Experience with MS Office suite and Oracle
  • Ability to lift 60 lbs
  • Ability to work in a physical environment
  • Ability to learn identities of a wide variety of production parts and work with 11-digit item numbers

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, inventory, or purchasing environment

Responsibilities

  • Electronically receive purchased, decommissioned or RMA'd parts into stock with high level of accuracy
  • Identify, Document, Research & Resolve Discrepancies (SN's, Qty's, PO's, etc.)
  • Wrap & label parts as necessary
  • Stock parts in appropriate warehouse
  • Help with the organization, maintenance, and appearance of the warehouse
  • Assist with unloading of trucks
  • Cross train in related jobs
  • Accurately pull parts for Production and Repair Kits
  • Recognize and respond positively to customer's needs in a timely manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned
