Assist Warehouse leaders with the coordination of team members engaged in warehouse operations in accordance with established training company/industry standards and procedures. Participate in our Certified Trainer program to become an active trainer of new and tenured team members regarding their job duties, responsibilities, and safety. Subject matter expert in all functions; loading, inventory control, sanitation, and receiving. Assist the Production Department as needed Drive Productivity and Best-in-Class Practices Assist leaders in compiling daily key indicators. Assist leaders in preparing daily warehouse statistical reports. Assign job tasks according to shipping schedules to meet dispatch times. Accurately complete all necessary paperwork for audit requirements. Manage daily inventory levels using existing software or SAP, following FIFO (First In, First Out) procedures. Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME), Safety Champion, and Certified Trainer Maintain a safe and positive work environment in compliance with OSHA, company standards, and all regulatory requirements. Obtain and maintain forklift certification. Assist with monitoring material handling equipment condition, maintenance, and daily operator checklist completion. Achieve and maintain department training certifications, including Certified Trainer certification. Assist in training and onboarding new hires using the Hear, See, Do, Teach method. Provide feedback to leadership on new hire onboarding progress. Participate in training sessions. Follow Domino’s dress code standards. Outbound Duties Operate handheld scanners to ensure accurate picking and inventory management. Move product from staging areas to trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or carts. Stage each order using handheld scanners before loading onto trailers. Complete load verification using handheld scanners and confirm accuracy of assembled loads. Load trailers according to company specifications to maximize delivery accuracy. Secure loads using load bars, straps, or carts. Perform daily replenishment of pick bins before and during outbound operations. Inbound Duties Receive inbound products using scanners and traceability systems. Inspect products for quality prior to loading onto trailers. Schedule incoming shipments from vendors or third‑party carriers according to receiving hours. Take digital photos of damaged products and verify material receipts against manifests/paperwork.

Requirements

  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE LEADING A TEAM
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1–2 years of warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience.
  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with new team members.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Basic math skills.
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to loud machinery.
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures indoors and outdoors.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Ability to stand/walk for long periods, climb stairs, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
  • Availability to work any shift within a 24‑hour period, over any 7‑day week.
  • Ability to work around yeast and flour.
  • Must successfully pass a background check every third anniversary year.
  • Strong desire to grow and advance into leadership positions.
  • Adherence to work schedule and Attendance Policy.
