SUMMARY: Responsible for performing all duties related to the daily operations of onsite warehousing, which include Receiving, Shipping, Order Picking, Materials Management and Housekeeping. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a list of minimum responsibilities related to the Warehouse I position. Other duties may also be assigned. Coordinates and verifies all finished good shipments are staged, labeled, counted, and 100% inspected prior to loading and shipping products. Prepares and completes paperwork and labeling of products in accordance with customer requirements and company SOP for the shipment of finished goods. Reports any inventory discrepancies or damages to supervisor / management immediately upon shipping of products. Uses Radio Frequency (R.F.) gun and material management systems QAD to ship finished goods at time of shipment. Ensures all temperature-controlled products are shipped based upon customer requirements, which may include the use of various temperature and GPS tracking devices. May be required to organize and maintain finished goods inventory as necessary for storage requirements. Perform cycle counts as required. Receiving: Responsible for unloading and receiving deliveries from multiple vendors ensuring all packages are inspected for damage prior to acknowledging receipt from the carrier. All materials are to be inspected and verified against the packing slip including condition, quantity, part number, batch number and expiration date prior to receiving into QAD. Process all internal receiving documents according to all SOP/WRKI assigned. Verifies all transactions completed in QAD are correct and accurate against the packing list received. Labels all components received with the proper AIM label, verifying material and label match product or components received. Determines proper location for GMP and Non-GMP packages to ensure they are maintained and stored in the appropriate storage locations and conditions required. Uses Radio Frequency (R.F.) gun and material management systems QAD to assign locations to components received or relocated Documents and notifies recipients of all inbound UPS / FEDX deliveries through email. Perform cycle counts as required. The Company reserves the right to adjust, add to or eliminate any aspect of the above description. Requirements: Completes all necessary training prior to completing shipping or receiving tasks assigned in Veeva Quality One Management System. May be required to be trained on driving interplant truck to transport components or finished form various Sharp facilities. Ensure warehouses and workstations are kept clean, neat, and orderly, at all times. Provide suggestions and improvements for work-related processes and procedures. Completes PIT Training and Certification prior to operating any equipment. Required to work in cold rooms temperatures of (2-8©) as necessary. Properly assist and support coworkers when needed. Willingness to follow company safety policies. Ability to work overtime if necessary.
