ROLE SUMMARY: As a Warehouse I team member, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently.   • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock, adhering strictly to quality and quantity standards.
  • Pack and ship orders in a manner that guarantees product integrity and customer delight.
  • Coordinate and prioritize inventory to maintain efficient stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Process receipts and shipments in the computer system, maintain email and other digital communication.
  • Perform other computer-related tasks as required.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience.
  • Forklift certification preferred; experience required.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proven collaboration skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
