About The Position

Lecangs LLC is seeking an experienced Warehouse Human Resources Specialist to oversee core HR functions within its warehouse operations. This role involves managing recruitment, labor relations, billing, and attendance management, ensuring effective employee management in the region. The specialist will play a crucial role in standardizing processes, maintaining compliance, and supporting the overall HR strategy for the warehouse.

Requirements

  • A background in human resources management or a related field is preferred.
  • Over 2 years of relevant human resources work experience, preferably in warehousing or logistics.
  • Knowledge of human resources management and familiarity with labor laws and regulations in the area.
  • Good computer skills, proficient in office software and human resources information systems.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to solve problems independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual ability in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Leadership experience of at least 1 year is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Standardize daily work of warehouse managers and manage the entire recruitment process including job posting, resume screening, interview organization, recruitment decision-making, and onboarding training.
  • Manage labor companies, including contract execution supervision, service quality evaluation, cost settlement, and risk control.
  • Handle daily attendance management of labor workers, ensuring accuracy of attendance data and managing leave and overtime requests.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes of labor workers, updating employee information in the uAttend system.
  • Assess salary increase requests from the warehouse department and provide feedback to business leaders.
  • Review hours and wages of labor workers to ensure billing accuracy and compliance, coordinating with finance for timely payment.
  • Manage daily hour reports through the uAttend system, verifying attendance data and handling exceptions according to company policy.
  • Prepare regular HR-related reports and analyze data to support management decision-making.
