We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Helper to support warehouse operations and assist field teams by organizing materials, preparing equipment, and delivering supplies for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical service jobs. As a Warehouse Helper, you will support warehouse operations and help ensure technicians have the materials and equipment needed for service and installation jobs.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Strong organizational and teamwork skills
Ability to handle physically demanding tasks including lifting, loading, and unloading materials
Dependable work ethic and willingness to assist wherever needed

Nice To Haves

Related experience or training preferred (HVAC, plumbing, or electrical knowledge is a plus)

Responsibilities

Assist warehouse staff by pulling materials and preparing equipment for scheduled jobs
Drive company vehicles to deliver HVAC, plumbing, and electrical supplies to job sites
Coordinate deliveries and pick up materials or equipment as needed
Receive incoming shipments, verify purchase orders, and store materials properly
Help maintain service vehicles and coordinate equipment repairs when necessary
Assist technicians on job sites when additional support is required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse and work area
