SAS has an opening for a Warehouse Helper.

Requirements

• Mature, responsible and a self-starter that desires to take initiative.
• Ability to work well with a team.
• Must be dependable and have a good attitude.
• Flexible and able to adapt to change.
• Must be able to successfully complete on the job training to operate a fork lift and other equipment used in warehouse environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-5 year of experience in Shipping/Receiving

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Computer experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders and delivering orders to the production floor.
• Pack, seal, label or affix postage to prepare materials for shipping.
• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bill of lading or shipping orders.
• Assist in shipments, including pulling and sorting when needed.
• Examine shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices or orders to verify accuracy.
• Able to perform weekly inventory.
• Must be able to use an RF scanner.
• Capable to read material requisitions, count accurately, do simple math and must write legible.
• Additional duties as assigned.
