About The Position

Move, monitor and replenish materials throughout cooler, freezer and dry storage warehouse areas helping to maintain cleanliness. Pull customer orders using RF scanner and load product on outbound trailers.

Requirements

Attention to detail and follow through.
Basic Computer abilities.
Need flexibility in scheduling to meet departmental coverage and seasonal demands.
Able to bend, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
High school education or equivalent.
Forklift certified or ability to pass forklift operator certification.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and ensuring food safety.
Report any food safety deviations to your supervisor immediately.
Reports to work when scheduled and on time.
Adheres to company policies and departmental guidelines.
Responsible for insuring all warehouse and work areas are clean and organized using 5-S.
Correctly assemble, palletize and load customer orders demonstrating attention to detail and accuracy.
Fills in for department employees in all areas when needed.
Checks of trailer temperatures, assists with temperature monitoring devises, assist incoming and outgoing drivers as needed.
Ability to use RF scanners for inventory, pulling customer orders and moving products accurately.
Performs other job-related duties and assists in other areas of plant as needed.
Other duties as assigned by management.
