About The Position

The Warehouse Generalist position involves filling in for various roles within the warehouse, including Selector, Dock Worker, and Palletizer. The role is essential for ensuring the efficient movement of goods and maintaining high standards of quality control in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Experience in heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment is essential.
• Familiarity with forklift operation is preferred but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes, including order picking.
• Proficient in using RF scanners for inventory management.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
• Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate pallet jacks to load and unload products from trucks and storage areas.
• Move pallets of goods throughout the warehouse efficiently and safely.
• Assist in stock management, including organizing inventory and ensuring proper storage practices.
• Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and integrity of products.
• Utilize RF scanners for tracking inventory levels and order picking processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
