Warehouse General Labor RPC Sorter
About The Position
PLA Supply Chain Services, a member of the PLA Family of Companies, is a leading provider of comprehensive supply chain services, revolutionizing the way businesses manage their supply chains. With our expertise and state-of-the-art facilities, we ensure efficient and seamless operations from start to finish. Reporting to the Supervisor, the RPC Sorter is responsible for the sortation of Reusable Plastic Containers (RPCs), dunnage airbags, and other materials as needed to meet the requirements of PLA standards and production goals.
Requirements
- No prior experience is necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Sorting RPCs or other material as needed by hand in a neat and orderly fashion to established criteria.
- Sorting and categorizing inflatable dunnage airbags, ensuring usable bags are organized and packed for reuse, and properly disposing of unusable airbags.
- Maintaining a clean work environment — sweeping debris around warehouse and dock areas.
- Complying with all safety and PLA policies and procedures.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
