Requirements

• No prior experience necessary.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Safely remove lodged or adjacent debris from incoming pallets.
• Sort pallets by hand in a neat and orderly fashion.
• Inspect pallets while sorting to ensure criteria are met.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area throughout the shift.
• Maintain established rate per hour to ensure productivity, efficiency, and safety.
• Maintain safe working conditions by following guidelines and procedures for handling all related equipment and material.
• Comply with all Propak policies and procedures, as well as federal and state safety rules.
• Assist with other duties as assigned to support and improve overall team operations.
• Adjust as needed to new reporting relationships, work assignments, or work schedules to meet company needs and business requirements.
• Attendance at work is an essential function of this job.
• Cooperate and work well with team members and management.
