The Material Handler I is responsible for the movement of various materials and products through a variety of means, including manual sorting and placement. This role is crucial for ensuring the safe and accurate flow of products through the facility. Requirements

  • Experience in a warehouse or similar production environment is preferred.
  • Previous experience in manual labor or roles requiring frequent lifting and physical work is strongly preferred.
  • Strong commitment to safety procedures.
  • Attention to detail for ensuring proper placement of products.
  • Reliability and a dependable work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring safe movement of products or merchandise.
  • Reviewing products or merchandise to ensure proper placement.
  • All other duties as assigned to support and improve the overall team operations.
  • Adjusting to new reporting relationships, work assignments, and work schedules to meet company needs and business requirements.
  • Consistent and reliable attendance at work is an essential function of this job.
