Requirements

• Must have at minimum 1 year experience of overseeing a team of 5 or more employees within a professional setting.
• Goal setting for performance and meeting deadlines.
• Organizing workflow and assigning tasks.
• Supporting staff and reporting to Assistant Club Management.
• Monitoring employee productivity.
• Demonstrate leadership capabilities.
• Open shift availability required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction within the club and drive club performance.
• Perform all OMNI functions and lead the Omni team members.
• Establish operational efficiencies, maintain policies and procedures, and deliver an outstanding member experience.
• Administer all digital initiatives including BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.
• Teach, coach and lead through the club level training process.
• Support team member engagement within all areas of responsibility.
• Guarantee service excellence through all points of contact.
• Lead teams to deliver GOLD club standards daily.
• Acquire a deep knowledge of key metrics and reporting for total club and department performance.
• Process member orders in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner.
• Directly manage and assess Team Member performance.
• Assist in hiring, training, and performance management of all Omni team members.
• Maintain all club policies and procedures.
