About The Position

As a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist, you will play a critical role in accurate and timely order fulfillment of spare parts. Your day-to-day work ensures that customers receive the parts they need quickly and correctly, keeping their operations running smoothly. You’ll work directly in the warehouse, manage inventory, and collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer support teams.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or pick/pack experience preferred
• ERP/WMS system experience a plus
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for full shifts
• Reliable, organized, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare spare parts orders for shipment
• Label and stage orders for domestic and international delivery
• Maintain organized warehouse storage and inventory locations
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits
• Record inventory movements in ERP/WMS systems
• Track order accuracy and shipping timelines
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse workflows
• Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and customer support teams
