About The Position

The Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist at BJ's Wholesale Club is responsible for performing general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise, packaging, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. This part-time role requires availability on weekends and two weekdays from 2 PM to 9 PM, focusing on delivering excellent service to members while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Experience in big box or wholesale retail preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanner technology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general warehouse activities including pulling merchandise from a pick list and packaging orders.
• Utilize a handheld scanner to verify merchandise counts and update locations.
• Build and shrink-wrap packages for transport.
• Move merchandise from the sales floor to the staging area efficiently.
• Communicate inventory issues and ensure timely order picking to meet productivity requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping area and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Process member purchases in a fast and courteous manner.
• Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to standard operating procedures.
• Order supplies for the department and maintain open communication with the Club Support Center.
• Report on ship-from-club results regularly.
