  • Ability to work several different positions throughout the day where needed and as various task are assigned and special projects as needed
  • Understand and implement the company’s quality policy to ensure quality objectives are met
  • Email and make phone calls as needed to different Third-Party shipping companies
  • Respond and take action to other department’s inquires sent in via email to the warehouse
  • Assist with printing shipping documentation and labels as needed, to include pick-up scheduling
  • Print sales orders for warehouse pickers throughout shift
  • Print Work Orders and review for any adjustments that need to be communicated and corrected
  • Read drawings or job orders to determine product specifications and tooling instructions
  • Organize and File Warehouse documentation
  • Order Warehouse Office & Packaging Supplies
  • As needed, RMA receiving and processing in WMS, communicating with other departments regarding RMA’s and samples
  • Verifies items pulled with data retrieved from the appropriate documents to ensure accuracy and minimize errors
  • Inventories materials and records weight, counts and conditions of items manually or via an RF system
  • Run reports to assist team and record KPI data using our WMS
  • Ensure work area is clean and safety standards are followed, while maintaining a clean working environment free of debris and hazards
  • Must be able to use basic hand tools properly to ensure safety
  • Completes daily forklift maintenance/checklist sheet
  • Recharges, maintains proper water levels and cleans batteries
  • Builds, adjusts and secures pallets as required to ensure safe transportation
  • Positions forks, lifting platform or other lifting device under, over or around loaded pallets, skids, boxes, products or materials and transports load to designated area
  • Operates powered industrial trucks according to manufacturer’s instructions and company safety rules
  • Microsoft Office Experience (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience working with a WMS or ERP System (Preferably Oracle NetSuite)
  • Experience using Bar-tender Software, UPS & FedEx shipping programs
  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent
  • Able to complete a pre-employment basic math skills test.
  • Able to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
  • Able to write and understand English.
  • 2-year experience in a warehouse environment
  • Chain knowledge preferred
  • Forklift Experience preferred
  • Willing and able to work weekends when required.
