About The Position
As a Warehouse Forklift Reach Truck Operator at Alorica, you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations, ensuring that all tasks are performed efficiently and accurately. This position involves training on various aspects of the warehouse floor, including scanning shipments, picking and packing orders, assessing returns, and conducting diagnostic checks on damaged products. You will be expected to work independently and demonstrate strong organizational skills while maintaining a high level of attention to detail. The role requires regular interaction with team members, and you will be responsible for ensuring that all assigned duties are completed with minimal supervision. In this full-time position, you will be working in a climate-controlled warehouse environment, utilizing computer systems and forklifts to perform your tasks. The job may require you to lift weights between 30-50 pounds repetitively and to make repetitive movements such as bending or squatting. You will also need to stand and walk for extended periods without assistance. Regular and punctual attendance is essential, and you may occasionally work more than 40 hours per week.
