About The Position

This is a 4-day work week, Union Warehouse Position with the best-in-class health benefits and is the starting point for a lucrative career in the beer industry. We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking forklift operator to join our team for our day shift. In this role, the main responsibility will be to efficiently and accurately load and unload shipments in our warehouse. You will be responsible for organizing inventory, checking orders for accuracy, and ensuring that all items are properly secured for transport to minimize the potential for breakage. You will be utilizing a forklift to move the product throughout the warehouse.  As a 4-day work week position, it requires the person to work until the orders are completed and may exceed regular hours, requiring paid overtime with limited notice. The work takes place in everyday warehouse environments where the temperature is controlled. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Replenish spots for picking team.
• Move empty pallets throughout the warehouse.
• Pull full pallets and deliver to loading docks.
• Organize and maintain inventory in the warehouse.
• Package and label products for shipping.
• Operate forklifts or other machinery to assist with loading and unloading.
• Always follow proper safety procedures.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
