About The Position

A confidential defense logistics/industrial operation is hiring a Warehouse / Forklift Operator</b> to support safe, accurate receiving, storage, picking, and shipping. You’ll operate forklifts and pallet jacks, build pallets, use a warehouse management system (WMS), and keep aisles organized and compliant. Training provided for motivated candidates</b>—great fit for reliable operators who take safety and accuracy seriously.

Requirements

• Active security clearance or VantageClear Credential required
• Forklift proficiency</b> (sit -down/stand -up); we will train the right candidate</b>
• Experience with order picking</b>, pallet building, and basic material handling
• Familiarity with WMS</b> / handheld scanners (training available)
• Attention to detail</b>, dependable attendance, and strong teamwork/communication

Nice To Haves

• Prior warehouse experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Load/unload</b> trailers and containers using forklifts & pallet jacks</b>
• Pick, stage, and build pallets</b> to order specs; wrap/label for shipment
• Use WMS</b> to track inventory, bin locations, and order status
• Perform cycle counts</b>, maintain clean, organized aisles (5S)
• Collaborate with leads/supervisors to meet daily productivity goals
• Follow EHS/safety protocols</b> (PPE, equipment checks, lift & ladder safety) at all times
