About The Position

As a Warehouse Forklift Operator, your primary responsibility is to safely operate an electrically powered, sit-down style truck to supply all the necessary materials (Raw Product Vegetables, Corrugated Cases, Roll Wrap Stock, etc.) for the completion of the daily production schedule. Most Production lift truck operators work in one of Nortera's two product dump rooms.

Requirements

• Proven experience operating a Forklift in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to use an RF scanner.
• Ability to communicate verbally and written in English.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work.
• Second shift ( 3 pm to 11 pm) or third shift ( 11 pm to 7 am)
