As a Warehouse Worker at the Chippewa Falls Distribution Center, you are considered an MVP of the team. For those new to operating forklifts or other material handling equipment, an extensive, paid 2-week training program, paired with ongoing mentorship, will provide the necessary skills and confidence. Dedicated support will help apply training to daily operations, setting employees up for long-term success. WOW Logistics is a drug-free workplace, and this position is considered safety-sensitive.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Order Fulfillment: Pick and verify orders, build pallets, and ensure shipments are accurate using various types of Material Handling Equipment (MHE)
Safety First: Operate MHE such as forklifts and other material handling equipment safely, adhering to all safety requirements and policies
Team Collaboration: Work independently or alongside others to meet high-demand workloads with precision and efficiency
Inventory Management: Receive, store, and ship products while maintain accurate inventory records utilizing RF scanning equipment
