About The Position
Pay: $19.50/hr, plus $1.50/hr shift differential – opportunity for pay increases based on performance at 6-months and again at 1-year Shift: Sunday-Thursday, 10:00pm-6:00am, with overtime as required including Friday Location: Indy North - 5550 W. 74th Street, Indianapolis, IN 46268 Job Type: Full Time – Benefits Eligible: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with company match, Prorated paid time off, Holiday pay, Employee Assistance Program Culture & Engagement: Safety First Standard, Food Trucks, Employee Events, Holiday Parties, Employee Recognition Program, Advancement Opportunities! Requirements
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience - required
- Minimum 1 year of forklift/cherry picker experience - required
- Basic computer skills for inventory management
- Proven success working in fast-paced, high-demand seasonal periods
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a cherry picker, standard forklift, and other powered equipment
- Perform case picking, full pallet picking, and stowing duties
- Perform load and unload duties as needed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with inventory counts as needed
