About The Position

The Warehouse Forklift Operator plays a critical role in the daily operations of our warehouse. This position is responsible for safely operating a sit-down forklift to move, load, unload, and stack materials. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, flexible, and eager to learn, with a strong commitment to safety and accuracy.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant forklift experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to learn and execute data entry in warehouse management systems.
• Willingness to travel between sites and follow supervisory procedures.
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing schedules and tasks.
• Desire to learn and grow within the company.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down forklifts to transport, load, unload, and stack materials or products.
• Safely maneuver forklifts in tight spaces and congested areas, following all safety protocols.
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report equipment issues.
• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders or delivery documents.
• Assist in loading/unloading trucks and managing inventory using handheld scanners and WMS.
• Travel between warehouse sites as needed, maintaining mileage logs for reimbursement.
