About The Position

The position involves receiving, storing, loading, and moving building materials in the warehouse and during the loading of trucks. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with the possibility of some overtime work.

Requirements

• Ability to effectively and safely handle a forklift.
• Ability to read customer orders, shipping orders, purchase orders, and bills of lading.
• Ability to count and perform simple arithmetic.
• Physical capability to move materials by forklift or by hand.
• Ability to identify products and handle items specified on company documents.
• Maintain good business relations with customers.

Responsibilities

• Receive building materials in the warehouse.
• Store building materials safely and efficiently.
• Load building materials onto trucks for delivery.
• Move building materials as needed within the warehouse.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the warehouse.
