About The Position

Wonton Food Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to join their team. This full-time position involves operating forklifts and hand pallet jacks to load and unload products in a warehouse environment, including cold storage. The role requires maintaining proper paperwork for shipping and receiving, organizing the warehouse, and ensuring that production has the necessary materials. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude and be physically fit to handle the demands of the job.

Requirements

• Forklift Certification
• High school diploma or GED
• 1-2 years of warehouse experience
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to lift, bend, squat, push, pull, climb, etc.
• Ability to work in cold storage for several hours during the shift
• Ability to lift 50 LBS

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Experience working with high schoolers

Responsibilities

• Work in the warehouse, loading and unloading (Cold Storage included)
• Operate heavy equipment such as forklift and hand pallet-jack; maintain and daily service of the same.
• Maintain all proper paperwork including shipping, receiving, and quality forms.
• Weight items (pallets) during the shipping and receiving process.
• Organize warehouse and arrange product as needed (cold storage included)
• Supply production with all material needed daily
• Report any product or material damage to appropriate personnel
• Assist in cycle counts as needed
