Warehouse Forklift Driver
About The Position
Responsibilities: Load and unload incoming and outgoing trucks? Unload product/material from trucks, verify against BOL, and put away in designated areas. Example: pallets, pallet pads, material, etc. Prepare labels for outgoing shipments Perform other diversified tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management Hours: 7-3:30 M-F, with some Sat and Sun work. Expectations: Adhere to all safety procedures & help promote a clean work environment. Work the schedule assigned (including overtime) and maintain good attendance. Follow proper procedure for order picking shipments.
Requirements
- Must be able to calculate figures accurately.
- Must pass forklift written and driving test.
Nice To Haves
- Previous related work experience operating forklifts, hand trucks, and hopper loaders is preferred.
- Knowledge of plastic resins, colorants, materials, corrugated cartons, and all parts used in manufacturing finished goods is preferred.
