About The Position

Founded in 1990, LGH stands at the forefront of the hoisting and rigging equipment rental industry, providing rental equipment responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of everything from the bridges you drive on to the sports stadiums you visit.

We are looking for a mechanically inclined individual with strong leadership abilities to join our team. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to lead all warehouse operations.
Manage workflow of outgoing equipment rental orders, service and repair of returned equipment, and all equipment maintenance, while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Oversee and maintain all warehouse operations to include organization and cleanliness, maintenance, and inventory.
Perform quarterly inventory of all parts and new stock equipment, quarterly warehouse audits, and monthly safety audits, and provide resolution to deficiencies found.
Supervise, train, and provide performance feedback to warehouse staff, to ensure productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness.
Hours: Monday – Friday (8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.) Occasional overtime and weekends may be required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid Driver's License with good driving record and the ability to meet insurance underwriting guidelines required.
• DOT certification required upon commencement of employment (at LGH expense); certification must be maintained.
• Must be able to push/pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to lift/carry up to 55 lbs.
• All employment offers are contingent upon the ability to pass a hair follicle drug screening and background check.
• Previous supervisory experience managing multiple employees strongly preferred.
• Mechanical background or aptitude strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office strongly preferred.
• Hand and power tool experience desired.
• Experience working on air hoists, comealongs, manual hoists, electric hoists or other rigging equipment beneficial, but not required.
