About The Position

The Warehouse Facilitator – Level 2 plays a vital role in supporting the internal flow of goods within an apparel manufacturing environment. Responsible for receiving, transporting, stocking, and organizing materials through the warehouse, while also cutting precision bulk components (e.g., Hook and loop, webbing, elastic) into specified sizes for use in production. Ensures operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, and adherence to company standards for quality and safety.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in operating a forklift.
  • Must possess basic math skills to perform routine calculations and have a foundational educational background sufficient to understand and follow standard operating procedures and written instructions.
  • They must be able to accurately read and interpret cut schedules and product specifications, ensuring precision in material handling and preparation.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize the material feed for the cutting room and spreading tables.
  • Receive bulk components (eg, hook and loop, webbing, elastic) from the stockroom, verifying lot numbers and shade variations.
  • Cut components into individual pieces based on cut schedules and product specifications.
  • Segregate and label cut goods by lot for return to the stockroom and issuance to production.
  • Track and maintain accurate inventory counts of both bulk and cut materials.
  • Ensure all cutting activities meet quality and production standards.
  • Identify and report any material discrepancies or equipment issues.
  • Support the logistics team with general warehouse and material handling tasks as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
