Warehouse & Fabrication Associate
About The Position
What You’ll Be Doing (Day-to-Day) Fabricate and prepare materials for installs (cutting, assembling, staging shelving, mirrors, blinds, etc.) Load and unload trucks with incoming and outgoing materials Assist with inventory tracking and counting Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided if needed) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow all safety guidelines and procedures This job IS: Hands-on, physical work A learning opportunity for someone interested in fabrication or skilled trades Fast-paced and detail-oriented This job is NOT: A sit-down or light-duty role Forklift-only work A position with minimal physical effort CGA Home Specialties is a proud member of the Installed Building Products (IBP) family of companies. Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift to 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day
- Willingness to learn fabrication skills and work with tools/materials
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse or construction experience
- Forklift Experience using hand tools or measuring/cutting materials
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
