About The Position

Wayfair is looking for dedicated Warehouse Equipment Operators to join our team in Cranbury, New Jersey. This position involves operating and utilizing equipment such as Order Pickers and Reach Trucks to locate and pick orders through the Warehouse Management System. The role requires proactive monitoring of order management systems to ensure all orders are received properly and to address any Overage/Shortage/Damage issues. Candidates must be comfortable with heights and able to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted, as well as maneuver products weighing over 150 pounds with assistance. The position offers multiple shifts, including both day and night options, and emphasizes a fast-paced work environment focused on safety and efficiency.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 6 months of cherry picker or forklift experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds unassisted and maneuver products over 150 pounds with assistance.
• Comfortable working at heights.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a warehouse or similar fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate and utilize Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, and scanning equipment technology.
• Monitor order management systems to ensure proper order receipt and address any discrepancies.
• Accurately identify units for storage or shipment.
• Lift and maneuver products as required, including heavy items.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
