Performs an array of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials. Responsible for lift truck operation and/or manual tasks associated with the processing of orders.

Requirements

• High School diploma (or GED), or equivalent years of experience
• Forklift certification or the ability to pass forklift operator training and receive certification
• 1 year of warehouse experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• Previous work experience (preferred, not required), particularly in a distribution center role

Responsibilities

• Comfortable learning and utilizing powered equipment to include forklifts and palate jacks
• Comfortable learning and using electronic devices to include RF scanners
• Work with UA product to ensure they are in necessary locations
• Maintain safe and organized working environment
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, keep workstations neat, sweep, dust and mop
• Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times
• Retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
• Assists with the development of efficient space planning for storage areas
• Utilizes hand-held computers to receive daily tasks
• Use powered equipment to retrieve and place merchandise in trailers, pallet locations, and pallet racks
• Other duties as assigned
