Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations or related engineering roles.
Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with process optimization and lean methodologies.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to warehouse operations.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, or similar.
Familiarity with automated warehouse technologies and equipment.
Ability to design and implement efficient warehouse layouts.
Experience in inventory management and control practices.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if required.

Nice To Haves

Certification in Six Sigma or similar methodologies is a plus.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize warehouse layouts to improve operational efficiency.
Develop and implement processes for inventory management and control.
Develop and maintain documentation for warehouse processes and procedures.
Build and analyze KPI to identify trends and areas for improvement in warehouse operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate warehouse systems with other business processes.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce costs and enhance productivity.
Provide technical support and training to warehouse staff on equipment and systems.
Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize distribution strategies.
Support the implementation of automated systems and robotics in warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
