About The Position
The Retail BOH Associate is responsible for various tasks, from receiving and storing inventory to preparing orders for the different venues. A Warehouse Associate is responsible for performing a variety of duties, including receiving, storing, and shipping products, managing inventory, and maintaining a safe workspace. From the stadium to the head table, Levy leverages unbridled creativity, custom strategies, impeccable service, and true love for great food to create unforgettable experiences. Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy now finds itself as a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country.
Responsibilities
- Understands and can describe menu offerings, packaging/presentation and pricing.
- Performs regular cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
- Completes steps of service to ensure utmost guest satisfaction when applicable.
- Assists in the maintenance of inventory of warehouse and e-commerce supplies.
- Acts with a sense of urgency and provides friendly, efficient service to teammates and guests as well as in the completion of assigned tasks and daily responsibilities.
- Adheres to Levy Company guidelines as stated in team member training manual and employee handbook.
- Follows responsible alcohol service policies.
- Practices proper product control and handling of all inventory and equipment.
- Understands Levy Core signature principals and Rank and Rally core principals.
- Receives and processes incoming stock.
- Organizes and stores inventory.
- Picks, packs, and prepares orders for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, and scissor lift.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain a clean warehouse environment.
- Adheres to safety protocols and communicating effectively with the team.
- Assist with event count-ins, count-outs, set-ups and sports/event preparation.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned.
