About The Position

SSP America is seeking a Warehouse Driver to assemble, deliver, load and unload all product being delivered to various points at the airport. The position involves greeting guests/vendors in a courteous and friendly manner, maintaining proper and adequate set-up of the back door/receiving area and all storage areas on a daily basis, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of all storage areas. The Warehouse Driver will assemble and load onto the vehicle all items requisitioned for delivery, conduct pre-trip inspections of the vehicle, and follow all security guidelines for back door receiving. The role also includes following traffic laws and safety regulations, unloading and delivering used equipment, completing checklists, and maintaining clean vehicles.

Requirements

• Minimum one year experience driving a route with multiple stops.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Basic mathematical skills necessary to record overages and/or shortages upon delivery.
• Food handlers permit as required by law.
• Ability to pass written tests at airport in order to receive badge with airport driving privileges.

• Unload and deliver used equipment to appropriate areas.
• Complete opening, on-going, and closing checklists as required.
• Perform general and specific cleaning tasks using standard cleaning.
• Return all items used during your shift to the proper place.
