About The Position

The Warehouse Driver will spend most of their time delivering warehouse supplies to the field offices, shops and making any routing deliveries needed for our corporate offices. The remainder of the day will be spent picking-up orders from vendors and performing general warehouse duties as needed. We believe everyone at Goldmark is a leader! Starting pay $16.00 per hour (and more based on experience)

Requirements

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize responsibilities, manage time, as well as possess an orientation toward details.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to relate and address issues with a diverse group of people.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
  • Customer service experience and a strong customer service mind-set.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record and meet company insurability requirements.
  • High School or equivalent education is required.
  • Ability to operate common office equipment and basic computer skills, including the use of mobile devices, warehouse systems and other digital tools to support delivers and warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency of the English language in reading, writing and verbal communication.

  • Related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a support to the company for supply chain management of materials to meet the needs of the residents, investors, owners, and team members. This includes reading and shipping orders to determine items to be picked, checked, and distributed.
  • Assist with special projects that help build and maintain long-term relationships with residents, investors, owners, and team members.
  • In conjunction with the Director of Purchasing, review and evaluate inventory orders and ensure all maintenance service requests are provided.
  • Assist in counting of physical inventory and conducting regular cycle counts.
  • Deliver mail and warehouse inventory daily.
  • Ensure the warehouse is accessible, well-organized, and safe.
  • Be able to modify the daily route as needed to best serve the Warehouse needs to ensure all necessary pickups and deliveries are done in a timely manner.
  • Be responsible and accountable for your actions and reactions.
  • Understand and engage in trainings, projects and processes aligned to this role and any organization-wide required trainings within the defined timelines.
  • Work side by side along with leadership and support teams as appropriate.
  • Incorporate learnings from fellow team members into your personal growth and development.
  • Serve as a mentor to help in the growth and development of fellow team members.
