About The Position

Perform various warehouse activities, such as receiving, stocking, transporting, counting, inventorying, documenting and pulling materials as business need dictates. Responsible for enforce all safe warehouse procedures and practices. Will verify stock in inventory system and prep future outgoing stock.

Requirements

Applicants must have at least a High School Diploma or GED
Service orientation - actively looking for ways to help people
Legible handwriting
Minimum two years experience in warehouse/stockroom operations
Ability to work independently with little oversight and still meet deadlines
Forklift operations, certification preferred
Knowledge of safety and security measures which apply to a warehouse environment
Background in HVAC industry and/or with HVAC materials preferred
Basic understanding of math, reading, and writing is required
Intermediate operating system proficiency
Basic data analysis
Good communication skills (verbal communication, listening, and written communication)

Ability to work under stressful conditions
Ability to pay close attention to detail while multi-tasking

Pass drug and MVR screening
Must be able to work in extreme weather and climate conditions ( year-round outdoor conditions, etc.);
Must be able to stand, crawl, bend, stoop, kneel or climb repeatedly (up to 25 times an hour), or for long periods of time (four up to two hours);
Sitting for extended periods of time;
Must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds unassisted, and lift above shoulder level;
Must be able to work in tight, poorly lit and cramped conditions;
Must be able to climb ladders and occasionally work at height;
Must be able to execute all of the above functions and meet all of the above demands safely, posing no threat to themselves or those around them while doing so, and must willingly comply with applicable safety regulations in the completion of all work.
All employees are required to wear company logo uniforms while in the office and on the job site. (Button up and collier shirts)

Responsibilities

To assist Installers get loaded and on the road
Make sure warehouse and outside is kept in a clean conditions
To call recycling company to get dumpsters switched our on a timely basis.
To run parts/equipment to their designated point of origin (when warehouse driver is not in).
Stages install jobs that are going out the next day.
