About The Position

QTS is currently seeking an energetic, responsive and well-organized full-time Warehouse/Driver Associate to deliver material between the warehouse and production facilities. This person will assist with moving materials from our current location to our offsite warehouse location. The ideal candidate has prior computer experience, has prior warehouse/inventory experience, and must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record , as well as the ability to successfully multi-task and adapt to change in our fast-paced, dynamic environment. Candidate must also be able to pass a DOT physical and a road test. This position will be driving a box truck.

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1-3 years of prior route delivery driver experience.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office & ERP software experience.
• Must be able read, understand, speak and write in English.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures (warmer in summer, cooler in winter) throughout the year.
• Must have current, valid driver's license and must have a clean driving record.
• Must pass a DOT physical and a road test.

Responsibilities

• Load/Unload all materials including wrap and secure pallets as needed.
• Deliver any materials/paperwork needing to go to customer service, engineers, inspection and shipping.
• Stage material in appropriate areas and gather production job returns to be brought back to the offsite warehouse.
• Drive materials between offsite warehouse and production facility.
• Move materials within ERP to appropriate status, transact delivered materials for production to staging location.
• Ensure dock truck and van are fueled and in safe working order.
• Complete monthly expense reports and keep an accurate driver/delivery log.
