Warehouse Associate (Backup Non-CDL Driver) – Join the Tropic Supply Family! We’re hiring a Warehouse Associate who can also serve as a backup Non-CDL Driver when coverage is needed. What You’ll Do This job is primarily warehouse work, with driving assignments when your Resource Center needs support. Warehouse Responsibilities (Most of Your Day) Pick, pull, pack, and prepare customer orders Receive, stock, and organize inventory Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and warehouse equipment (must have experience) Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Assist customers with loading merchandise Support inventory cycle counts and warehouse organization Follow company, OSHA, and Hazmat safety guidelines Backup Driving Responsibilities (As Needed) Safely operate Tropic Supply vans and light box trucks (3 ton+) for local deliveries Perform pre-trip inspections and complete delivery paperwork/logs Load and unload materials safely Verify product accuracy and inspect items for damage Represent Tropic Supply with professional, friendly customer service QualificationsWhat We’re Looking For We’re looking for a warehouse professional who also has real-world, safe CMV driving experience. Requirements

Must be 21+ years old
Minimum 6 months of verifiable CMV (non-CDL) driving experience
Valid driver’s license + valid medical certificate
1 year of warehouse experience required
Must have experience with forklifts/pallet jacks
