About The Position

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 1 year of experience in a manufacturing facility
• Forklift experience required
• Basic to moderate computer and iPad skills
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Basic mathematical skills such as measuring, averaging, and ranges
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Computer/SAP knowledge recommended.

Responsibilities

• Move materials & load/unload trucks.
• Change and recharge batteries on the forklift.
• Stack/load pallets.
• Supply production lines with material.
• Comply with PPE & GMP requirements.
• Verify manufacturing process and quality standards.
• Troubleshoot problems.
• Perform a safety check & mechanical inspection of the forklift before operating the vehicle.
• Maintain required production and quality documentation.
• Comply with safety rules and regulations.
• Cooperate/assist co-workers as required.
• Multi-task and manage time efficiently.
• Perform housekeeping & sanitation tasks.
