Responsibilities

Work with individuals who have disabilities and or barriers to employment and participate in the achievement of their goals.
Demonstrate a positive, role model.
Display commitment and involvement towards Goodwill's mission.
Answers donation door greets customer and unloads donations.
Sorts donations for in-house storage and loads material for store deliveries.
Moves materials in or out of the warehouse and operates trash compactor.
Cleans work area.
Donation door must be answered in a professional manner and within 10 seconds.
Locate unloaded material in proper places in warehouse.
To load material for store deliveries and make deliveries.
To move materials in or out of warehouse, as required.
Move trash to compactor as needed.
Cleans dock area during last 7 minutes of workday.
Adhere to all safety policies and reports violations.
Support mission statement and activities of other departments.
Support the accessibility of our services and facilities free of architectural, attitudinal, environmental, financial, communication, transportation, employment and other barriers to person with disabilities and barriers to employment.
Adhere to all ethical standard and confidentiality of records.
Performs other duties as assigned.
