Requirements

  • 5+ years of general warehouse experience, forklift experience preferred.
  • High School Diploma/GED/College
  • Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach with arms or hands, climb multiple flights of stairs, crawl, crouch, kneel, write & type.
  • Ability to lift and/or move items up to 55lbs frequently.
  • Ability to drive, climb on and off a forklift as required.
  • Ability to see, speak, hear, and smell.
  • Must have depth perception, color vision, and peripheral vision.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Must be able to interface with digital control systems.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure all finished goods, raw materials, and packaging supplies are loaded & unloaded accurately through the RF device.
  • Inspect all products affiliated with shipping and receiving guidelines to ensure satisfactory service levels.
  • Report and process all damaged and non-conformance items immediately for further processing, and ensure that product status is accurate for processing.
  • Inspect all dock safety equipment, trailers, etc., to ensure compliance with all Novus' standard operating procedures, quality standards, and guidelines.
  • Report all safety-related items for the site, utilize all PPE Gear provided and specified on all Novus SOP's and in accordance with all state and local agencies.
  • Perform housekeeping duties daily to ensure a safe and dust-free environment.
  • Perform safety audits in accordance with all state and local regulations.
  • Inspect, process, and store all finished goods being manufactured within all inbound inspection guidelines.
  • Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts as assigned.
  • Restack/process damaged pallets to be brought back into stock.
  • All duties as assigned by your Department.
