About The Position

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and write legibly.
• Ability to communicate effectively with the voice picking system and adapt speech for system understanding.
• Ability to perform basic math operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Responsibilities

• Pull all orders for the customer according to the prescribed picking quota set by management.
• Identify the proper product and quantity from the shelf and transport it to the checking station.
• Utilize voice picking and RF scanning equipment for order fulfillment.
• Maintain adherence to the Stockroom Housekeeping Policy of the facility and specific product line area.
• Ensure accuracy in repetitive tasks while maintaining good speed.
• Follow and adhere to all safety rules, including the handling of hazardous materials.
