About The Position
Leonard's Express is a leading logistics and distribution company serving the Port of Wilmington. We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Director to oversee two warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows, optimal inventory management, and high performance across both locations. The Warehouse Director is responsible for operational management, financial health, and overall success of the Delaware warehousing operation. They will also be responsible for proactively anticipating and communicating capacity to our sales force and playing a key role in sales development. This position will be a key connector within the company, working closely with the Director of Warehouse Operations, Regional Directors, Sales, and Account Managers to ensure achievement of company goals. The Warehouse Director will promote a safe work environment where staff excel, customer satisfaction exceeds expectations, and company financial goals are met.
