About The Position

Looking for stable work with good pay and real benefits? Rouse Trucking is hiring Driver Helpers to assist with the transportation of technology equipment throughout the metro area. This role offers consistent morning hours, home every evening, full health insurance from Day 1, and opportunities for growth into higher-paying positions. No CDL is required – just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Requirements

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly
No CDL or special license required
Warehouse, moving, or freight experience is a plus
Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather conditions
Basic smartphone or tablet skills to track deliveries digitally

Responsibilities

Ride along with an experienced driver and help load/unload server racks and tech equipment
Learn to operate electric pallet jacks and other equipment for safe handling of heavy gear
Secure all loads before transport
Complete delivery paperwork and report any issues or delays to your supervisor
Work safely at construction sites and active delivery locations
