About The Position

The Warehouse/Delivery Driver at Shearer Supply, Inc. is responsible for the daily delivery and transportation of HVAC goods and materials from branch locations to customers, vendors, and other sales centers. This role also involves maintaining and operating the warehouse during downtime, ensuring efficient and courteous service to customers while adhering to all Department of Transportation regulations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience
• DOT Medical Card
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must have a clean driving record
• Must be able to pass all Pre-Employment Screens

Nice To Haves

• Experience driving (CDL not required)
• Ability to effectively work in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Unload/Load equipment for deliveries
• Help stock the warehouse
• Deliver product to customers in an efficient, timely, courteous and accurate manner
• Maintain clean delivery truck and warehouse
• Treat customers with respect and provide excellent customer experience
• Know and comply with all Department of Transportation regulations
• Assist in the warehouse as needed
