About you: You are a quick mover and like to get things done efficiently. You seek out opportunities to "leave it better than you found it." You enjoy being on the road but also making it back home every day. Available Monday thru Friday from 8-4pm
Requirements
- 2+ years experience driving a 26' box truck or similar vehicle
- Valid driver's license (standard operator's license, CDL not required)
- Minimum of five (5) years safe driving experience
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds while loading and unloading product
- Able to bend, walk, twist, lift, and sit for long periods of time
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating two or four wheeled hand-truck and pallet jack a plus
Responsibilities
- Start the day in our Richmond warehouse, loading the truck with vending and fresh food products for our Chesapeake routes.
- Drive products to our Chesapeake warehouse and offload them into the storage area and cooler.
- Retrieve any empty trays, totes, pallets, etc. and load them in the truck as well as any money collected by the routes.
- Return to the Richmond warehouse and offload all items from the truck and put away.
- Position may also include occasional picking and packing of product, restocking shelves and fridges/freezers with new inventory, and breaking down boxes.
