About The Position

The Warehouse Data Entry position at Chamberlain Group involves ensuring a clean and safe working environment while performing repetitive tasks with high attention to detail. The role requires inspecting incoming customer warranty returns, accurately recording data in Excel, and following multi-process work instructions to meet service level agreements. The ideal candidate will have experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment and be comfortable processing data across multiple applications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
  • 1+ years experience in data entry and/or warehouse data processing environment OR 1+ years of experience in a warehouse environment utilizing Microsoft Excel.
  • Forklift Certification.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure a clean and safe working environment by following safety and company standards.
  • Inspect incoming customer warranty returned goods and compare material against RGA documents.
  • Determine the path of material based on predetermined guidelines.
  • Accurately record all data and disposition instructions in an Excel Template.
  • Create and/or access Return Goods Authorizations to update inspection information into RGA.
  • Contribute and implement process suggestions to improve Reverse Logistics operations.
  • Identify deviations in the process and notify the supervisor to correct issues.
  • Participate in continuous improvement events to enhance operations.
  • Report company equipment and infrastructure damage to minimize safety risks.
  • Maintain confidentiality to protect the company's reputation.
  • Engage in professional development through workshops and publications.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results and participating in projects.
